Delivered my mail to the incorrect street address, then called me up to come collect it from their post office. I asked them to transfer to my local post office at Mitchelton and they agreed but were extremelly rude about it. 1 week went past and still no package arrived and in the meantime I received a parcel collection notice from them. So disappointed with their service!

Unfortunately all mail is delivered from DC (distribution centre) which for Alderley is at Kelvin Grove, and Parcels by contractors from the same centre.We at the local Post office have no control over the distribution process.
As for the transfer to Mitchelton, that requires authorisation by Aus Post on 131008, and we can only transfer once that authorisation has been sent to us.
I am disapointed that you have stated that our staff were "extremely rude" if you can make contact we will look into that.
Hi Alderley Post Office, thank you for the consistant useful service- you will find that number you just gave me is for Black and White cabs...? to book a taxi to where exactly?
There is a contractor who works with Australia Post, who is amazing, goes above and beyond and is an asset to their services. Always delivers in a polite and helpful manner and has a great positive and hard working attitude. I love receiving my parcels from that staff!
