Had the team come in set up a machine we brought, offered 30 minutes of training and hadn't set up the machine correctly. Had no help afterwards leaving it costing us money in time to figure this thing out. No support what's so ever after spending thousands! Not to mention no contact has been kept either until we contacted the head office in AMERICA. They were helpful but am still having troubles and no one is coming in to assist us. Can say I would never recommend this company! If you're going to buy you want good service this is horrible!
Hello Martina. Thank you for your feedback. All machine deliveries and installations and training are signed off by both our visiting representative and an authorised member of the customer so this is highly unusual if not impossible.
We have however searched your name in our database for all states of Australia so to address this complaint. We have found no results. In addition, the head office in America has a commitment to report all communication (positive and negative) to Alfex head office if contacted by a customer in our region. This never happened and the factory has confirmed they have no record of any such complaint in regard to Alfex.

I also purchased a machine over three years ago, costing thousands. I agree with Martina's comment regarding service, or the lack thereof. They are happy to sell you expensive equipment but when you need their help, the lack of communication and backup service is very poor indeed. I also, would not recommend this company!
