Worst business.
I have had nothing but trouble with them.
Bought some parts and when they arrived at my address after waiting for a month they were not even for the right brand of car.
Not only that, I was also told parts were in good condition, but on inspection when they arrived the hubs (just one of the wrong parts a recieved) had cracks in the metal.
Have asked for money back but has been unresponsive to calls and emails.
When i was able to talk to them, they were very and unprofessional.
DO NOT USE this business.
By far the worst business I have ever had dealings with.
I ordered parts from here and after a week rang them and they still hadn't been sent. Management offered me a refund and i said i would take the refund.
After another week of waiting for a redund i called again and they said they didn't know if i still wanted the parts. They said they were ready to send. Meanwhile i had begun legal and financial action so bank can redraw the money. I cancelled the redraw cause they said they'd sent the ...read more
I have had a great experience with Mohab the director and the AAIP team, i was refferred by a friend of mine whom also has been a customer. I have used this business many times for high end rare and expensive parts and have had the best service possible. I dealt with the director and he was a gentleman and went out of his way to help me even after my purchase. I will be dealing with them in the future and I know my mates will too.
They said they had an engine for us and after we paid, they said the engine they had was from an earlier model. Have requested both verbal refund and now by e-mails. Looks like this will be another one for Queensland Office of fair trading. DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
