Horrible service, very unprofessional, lack of skill and knowledge because the staff are not qualified. The owner keeps cancelling appointments. Very rude, emotional persona with no sense of business or customer etiquette. Ruined my friends hair and eyebrows!

Absolutely unprofessional if you want eyebrow feathering done do not go here! I legt with one short eyebrow and asked to have it fixed but was memt to wait till i had a touch up 4 weeks time!!or pay extra for her wrong doing, the worst art it isnt feathering its more tattoo block look very horrible and now left with this even tho i went else where to try get it fixed the professiona said it was inpossible to fix and make look like it should! Even tho i losy my money i had to pay extra and still have her horrible work to look at everyday! Very unprofessional, false advertising, not a place that wants you to leave thinking much of it and the service they provide. Hope people do not go and spend money on people who take clients as a joke! And put a really bad name to the beautiful industry!

Unprofessional, laughing making fun of clients gossiping, terrible service

Got a hot stone massage through Groupon. Massage was mediocre at best and other staff spent my whole session gossiping in the room next door, which I could hear through the paper thin walls. Unprofessional.
