Bathroom flooded 3 bedrooms - First guy i called i waited 3 hours he never turned up and when i called him it went to message bank. Called these guys and they had a Van in my drive within the hour and the guy had 30 years experiance apparently.
1 Call to this company and they took care of everything including reports for my Insurance company- 10/10 for service you dont get this type of service much anymore!
I had booked them in for a Saturday afternoon as I needed to hang the place back on the Monday, No phonecall in the morning to let me know roughly what time they were going to show up, and no phone call when they were on their way, And definately no phone call to let me know THEY WERENT COMING. So I did 2 hours of travelling and took the day off work to sit around waiting for them not to show. Never ever will I use or recommend.

Would you mind contacting us in regards to the job that we did for you. Our prices are very structured and we do not adjust the price for "short term" work. I am afraid this could be a mix up and would like to pursue this matter for our peace of mind and of course for yours as well. Your comment has come more than a year and 4 months since the job was done - what's the use of calling you? You cant leave a phone number in your comment or ask to call me?
Basic really - charged through the roof for a simple job that took just over half an hour. I dont see how reiterating that via phone would be useful for either party.
I've relayed my feedback and your quality assurance/ customer satisfaction service is as poor now as it was a year ago if you're asking that I call you.........maybe I will, in another year and 4 months.
