I found All Type Roofing's work also very poor.
They used low quality Tek screws on my roof that bleached white in the sun. My roof is gun metal grey and they stood out.
I personally replaced them myself as James washed his hands with the job and not interested in fixing. 10 year warranty is more like 10 hours.
Not all the screws were poor quality. I purchased a box of 1000 and had a handful left.
While I was on the roof the capping on my peaks just butted up to my decorative timber spikes with gaps causing two leaks. One tube of silicon solved that issue.

I would recommend against using All Type Roofing. After they conducted works at my property it took me almost a year to find a contractor I trusted enough to fix what All Type had done. There were leaks and I have had it verified by a certified contractor that the work was poorly installed and not done to industry standard.
When I called All Type back to site within 24 hours to show them what was happening, I was told that these new issues were not caused by All Type but must’ve been pre-existing or bound to happen. Hi, I am sorry you feel like this. All work has a 10 year workmanship warranty and as I have had no knowledge of these problems it is very hard for me to fix. As you explained my company has had many great reviews so if there was a problem I would have been more than happy to put it right as I stand by our warranty. Please feel free to call me and I will be more than happy to talk to you about the situation and again as i had no knowledge of any problems it is very hard to fix.
Thanks for your reply James, unfortunately I already had someone from All Type back to look at the issues the with 2 days of the works being done and I was told by the worker that the issues that only showed up after All Type had been there were not due to their workmanship, but were separate problems that I would need to pay more to get fixed.
This sounds potentially legitimate right? However after having another contractor out he was able to undo the work All Type did, and was able to fix all the problems the first time around for a better price. So unless you're willing to offer me a refund for labour costs I don't think you can help or change the way I feel about your company. To be completely honest with you James I'm not willing to have All Type work on the property again as I have no faith in the workmanship or honestly.
