If your back hurts, your shoulders ache or your head throbs, our trigger point massage will release the spasms, restore full movement and soften the tension. With over 25 years in the health industry, we know what you need.

Our treatments are as individual as you are. We specialize in the use of Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure and Deep Tissue massage to relieve the symptoms of headaches, neck pain and back ache and their causes.

Following your massage we are happy to advise on stretches and strengthening exercises which will keep your body in this new blissed state. We work with a number of trusted health practitioners and can help you chose additional members of your health and wellness team should this be what you are looking for.
