Bad insurance company, tried to avoid paying me for an accident not at fault. Filed complaint with fos due to problems for months. Issue was resolved promptly after complaint

I wasn't at fault, and my accident was within terms of my contract... Allianz paid me right away without any hassles or complaints. I found them very efficient and courteous. Thank you

This Alliance Insurance company should not even exist. They refuse to pay out on Motor Vehicle CTP (Compulsory Third Party) claims in N.S.W. Australia; for severely injured passengers medical expenses, nor do they believe you have been in an accident, with all Medical, Police, Court reports.This is just putting it mildly. Their Star score should be minus (-100) or even more lower. Very rude people to talk to, when making a claim. Never ever, ever deal with them.

If I could score this insurer any lower I would, but alas, half a star is as low as it goes. After having a bad work injury and not taking a huge amount of time off work, Allianz has been on my case about why I have not taken time off work and why should they keep paying for my treatment. Um, excuse me? I have not cost them thousands of dollars in leave entitlements as I could have, as the nature of my work doesn't allow me to just take 6 weeks off to recover. Instead,I had weekly physio and massage appointments.The nerve.
