Allied Express

Useless, it's hard to understand why they are in business! Tracking numbers don't work. Call centre staff lie about when things are coming. No sign of any organisation at all. No escalation path when things go wrong. Why can't I review as 0 stars?

lim very very unhappy, i have waisted a day and a half waiting for this, and it still did not get delivered,
has to be the most incompetent delivery service that ever existed,
i ask to pick it up, cant be done,
i asked do you have a drop off service, no
i ask can you tell me morning or afternoon, cant do that,
i waited today 10hrs, rang them 3 times through out the day, took a day of work, was told it would be delivered,
was not,
did not show up,
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont use this service,
when a company cant deliver a package in a window of ten hours, they should not be in business,
it might turn up monday,
NOT GOOD ENOUGH IN THE YEAR 2016,

I realise so many people are disappointed in courier companies from the reviews and obviously the same issues keep coming up. As I have had both good and bad experiences with various companies, I would like to think someone reads these reviews and tries to improve service. I have found Allied ok for documents in the city but hopeless for parcels. You choose a courier for faster, safer delivery- take the hint!

I came home and waited after receiving 2 texts to "Make sure someone is home between 2-7pm". I waited and waited and at 5:45 I called the call centre which is, of course, closed. My package was not delivered. After getting hold of unapologetic staff this morning I was told that I would only get my package the following day - 2 days after the original delivery date!!! I live 10km outside the CBD of Brisbane. I don't look forward to another day of waiting around for a package to be delivered at the couriers convenience in a 5 hour time slot. It's disgusting. I will never ever use the company to send anything.

the staff who delivered my parcel looked very lost. the staff opened the truck and tried to dig my parcel out from the very messy stacked delivery parcels. It looked as if everything was just thrown in to the back of the truck. eventually the staff found it and the box was crushed and torn. luckily the item was a wooden table i bought from an ebay store. they are handling peoples valuable items and they should treat them with respect.
