never dealing with this company.
Allied Group advertised is $575 plus GST for standard purchase.
I only buy a one bedroom studio but they charged me $1959, they ask me to sign a contact without explanation, ones I signed they are in control. They said to me can pay after transaction at the beginning but before settlement they told me I can’t settle if they not receive my payment. Service was very bed, never initiated contact with me to update information but always waiting for me to chase up. never dealing with this company.

Poor customer service and no courtesy to call me back. Always got the receptionist passing on messages when I would call to follow questions up.
After we settled our property they promised the would write us a will, which they never followed through with and just ignored my phone calls.
I have also recently found missing information that was not passed onto me at the time of settlement, which years later I'm now trying to chase up.
I DO NOT recommend Allied in Mt Waverley if you value customer service and trust.

Happy to review this firm. I recently bought my first home and forgot to engage a Conveyancer. 2 weeks out from settlement I contacted Allied who dropped tools to ensure the matter concluded on time. Most pleasant girls throughout the short process that would have been a little stressful. Good job.

I just conveyed my property sale and purchase and the process went very well. Most happy with the service and pricing seemed very reasonable. It is always nice to support a local business and I would use again.
