I have done my gas conversion of my car with them. First year was ok. Problem started from the second year. Car started to vibrate when run in gas, eventhough it was running smooth on petrol.They did servicing, came back home and realised the original problem is still there. I had to go back again. This time they changed the plugs. After that car was ok. Just after 10 months the same problem started. I went there. I was informed that the gas cascade needs to be replaced. They change that. I came back home and found the same problem and realised, there is a new problem, I cannot accelerate properly. I went back for the 2nd time,,,this time they changed one coil. On these two occasions they took whole day and I had to pick the car on the next day. The car was ok only for 2 weeks and the problem came back!!!! I rang them, the person was not sure. Hi Reza, Thanks for taking the time out to post your concerns. We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused to you. To be fair we took the time to explain to you the issues you were having with the car at all times. Before any repairs were carried out, we diagnosed the vehicle and found the fault at time of testing, reported it to you with a cost estimate and proceeded to repair upon your approval. Reality is that as your vehicle ages you will need to replace parts that wear out. Hence we found plugs worn, inlet manifold gasket leaking and ignition coils braking down. All of these parts need to be replaced from time to time as required. We have done our best to keep the cost down. As you have mentioned the car would go well for a while then it will have issues. Every time we have repaired it, it has been related to engine parts normal wear and tear. Please accept our sincere apologies once again. Be assured that we always have all our clients best interest at heart.
