We were recommended to Mal by outr friends and initially were very happy. Then what went wrong God knows we noticed work was being done, charged and left incomplete. Took our Nissan Patrol - no faultt was picked up, was told only a broken sway bar - paid for it to be fixed then took the car to Lismore Diesel Service to check diesel engine performance they said the rear brakes were appalling and won't pass rego. How was this not picked up when servicing who knows. Anyway I ended up selling the car and only got 1/3 of the price because upon a thorough inspeaction 44 defects were found including the sway bar I paid for was still broken NEVER fixed as I never took the car offroad after the repair. Because I trusted Mal never bothered to check and was over 2 years could do nothing. They also NEVER reply to your emails. Gutted because I did trust them.
