Never received email copy of voucher purhased for me by family.Booked appointment explaining i wanted to use voucher but didnt have a copy and had massage. Then they couldn't find their copy of my voucher so they demanded payment I ageed to on the understanding I could get a copy of the receipt and get a refund. Then they refused refund. Seems like a rort. Get paid for voucher, dont supply a copy, then demand second payment. Do not recommend.

Booked the remedial massage 3 weeks ago, they keep sending me confirmation letters, I have confirmed three times with them. When I went there on time, nobody at reception. I waited there for 50 mins until someone asked my appointment time. The reception excused me by calling me 20 mins before my appointment when I was driving to this place. I have been told the therapist called sick this morning, nobody could do the massage for me today. Very disappointing?.

They were unable to find my appointment, even though I had been email comfirmation hours earlier.

I was then told, very aggressively to "..JUST LEAVE.."

So I did and will NEVER go back!

they don't stick to the allotted time, got short changed 20 minutes and was basically told I was not speaking the truth, as they denied working on me for a reduced time. they've lost alot of business because of this.
