Appointments don't seem to matter I still had to wait almost an hour before being seen. Thought those days were gone. Clearly this service is not customer focused.

Very good medical practise. Dedicated to primary health care. Lots of Doctors. Plenty of women Doctors too.... unusual in western suburbs.

New operation at Blackshaws road great. A very multicultural practise. Patients and Doctors both.

Doctors are nice but other staff make you feel like they want you out as soon as possible, reception staff don't even speak to you with any respect or kindness. Dont get me wrong there are a few workers who are friendly but besides them the rest are just rude people & unorganised, they dont know how much your appointment will cost until the day which I find ridiculous will be moving doctors wouldn't recommend friends or anyone for that matter.
