This would have to be the worst clinic I have ever had the displeasure to attend
Waited an hour and a half, had to go to the counter 3 time
The staff are Rude and I’m not sure if the doctors are any better
If you want my opinion go to any other doctor in the suburb but stay away from this place
Have had some really bad experiences with this clinic mostly with booking appointments, have been attending this clinic for 8 years. Hard to get an Australian doctor at this clinic and have had loads of frustrations with the doctors who don't understand or speak English very well. I great to have a clinic that is open till midnight and a large clinic which has adequate seating to cater for demand. I have lots of trouble trying to obtain and early appointment for my children and regularly get offered appointments 10 or 11pm for a child which realistically is not very good. Best and most down to earth and funny doctor is Dr Pranadi, his great!
Am also continually frustrated with the lengthy amount of time you have to sit and wait just to see a doctor at this clinic.

The waiting time was longer than the actual consultation. Is there a quota of number of problems per consultation that somehow is written somewhere that i missed? Or do the doctors work like call centre agents wherein they have quota with the number of patients they see per day? I can tell you i left feeling something wasnt right or missing, feeling unsatisfied. Whilst driving back home i realised i didnt even receive a prescription for ...read more
