My very tiny maltese terrier adores staying at these kennels as the owners always spoil him with attention. I would not hesitate to recommend these facilities for any dog owners whose priorities are to have a happy and health pet on their return from holidays. Buster is booked in for his next stay in these school holidays starting 23rd/ June/2012
I had my dog booked in for 10 days over Christmas 2010 at Amaroo (with the booking made months in advance). However, upon calling to ask a few questions about my dog's stay, I had the immense displeasure of speaking with the owner who obviously does not appreciate customers calling to ask questions, and was extremely rude and condescending towards me - particularly after I told him my dog was of mixed breed. According to him, there is no such thing. Upon ending the phone call, I felt very dubious about sending my dog to be cared for by such a rude, inconsiderate man. After my husband subsequently spoke to him and received an even worse response, we decided to cancel our booking and have made other plans at a more professional and friendly boarding kennel in Maroochydore. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. If you love your dog, send them to stay with someone else.
