Bought about $800 worth of tiles but when i re=measured i found i was a bit short. When I ordered more i was told then that they were the last of the batch and the new ones were lighter in colour. No refund - no exchange and blamed everything on the "wholesaler". Very dis-appointed and do not reccomend this company.
We bought several $1000 worth of stock - was to be delivered within a couple of weeks - they had forgotten. When they did deliver it they only delivered half.
When I said we needed the other half first thing the next week they agreed and then were several hours late - costing us the builder's time sitting around waiting for the delivery.
They wouldn't even consider reimbursing us for the time/cost of the builder sitting around doing nothing - Avoid this company if you can.
Terrible service. Actually no service!
Was there today 10/7/17 for 15 mins. There was 3 staff on, 1 didn't bother to even look up from his computer to acknowledge me. Another was walking around looking at displays and the third was with a customer. When the other customer was done, that staff member went and sat down to eat his lunch. I left.
Can throughly recommend Beaumont tiles. Exact opposite service there.
