American Nail Salon

I went in to get my nails taken off on a Thursday at 7pm. They close at 8pm and basically told me to go away an hour early because they closed in an hour when they could have taken them off quickly as they had 4 staff and 2 customers.

I recently got a full set of acrylic nails done, it was quick, the staff were friendly and did a great job. Very pleased, and will definitely go back.

Enjoyed a quick pedi here one afternoon. $35 for a pedi spa. The girls were friendly & did a good job.

i will never go back to American Nails in Baulkham Hills. I went in on Tuesday 23/4/2013 at 11:30am to get shellac (Gel) on my nails, (during my lunch break) i was told to come back in half an hour, so i did, the only 2 staff that were there weren't finish on their clients, so i waited another half an hour. once the staff member got started on me, i noticed the staff member was rushing me and could see the other staff was making so many mistakes and doing a messy job (kept wiping the excess nail Polish on every finger) while the other staff member went to get lunch, while my nails are drying, they were eating and didn't even check my nails to see if they have dried/set. so i left, i noticed my nails didn't feel hard and they felt weak. I've had plenty of shellac done previously in the past. I get back to work, not even a hour goes by both my thumb nails are chipped after washing my hands. i could also see all the bubbles in my nails, and notice that the shellac wasn't dried ...read more
