aMic were patient and had awesome communication while we decided exactly what we wanted in the pool. The pool turned out fantastic. The whole family loves it including our two Labradors. After sales service is great, providing clear water testing results and offer additional things like pool heating and cleaning robots. Mic was great with my excavator obsessed son :)
As a local real estate agent we have seen many of their pools and heard many happy reports from owners (and the same must be said about their main local competitors Crown Pools) - AMIC do a good job & I rate them. Don't be scared off by the dud review.
I don't know whether Raymond1's expectations were too high, but we built a pool with AMIC and love it. There have been a few small hiccups along the way, but after building several homes we know the difference when you come across people who truly stand behind their product. These guys do. beware of them. i have a list of stuffups as long as my arm. overcharged at the end and rude staff. poor handover at the end, basically had to balance the pool myself. go elsewhere.
Thanks for your reply Kassandra, when the job was done it was just Amic Pools. There was no Magnapool and it was before your time. Its obviously too late now but at least i can make people think twice about using this company.
