They have been available and answered all of our questions before and after installation. They were patient and accommodated us in keeping our pets secure during installation.

I recently replaced my 28 year old air conditioning system and Daniel was a fantastic adviser on what type of air conditioning was best suited for me as he knew his products extremely well. When he came to my house, he even checked the ducts to see if they were in good condition to be reused again. Luckily he did as, he took a photo and notified me that the former installers of my old air conditioning system had cut a vital structural beams supporting the roof where the motor was situated and, they didn't reinforce it by adding other beams elsewhere in the roof to compensate for it. I was fortunate that the roof never caved in after all these years. Daniel also arranged to get a builder in, who did a great job at fixing the fault and he also took the liberty to explain what he did to rectify the problem while the new air conditioning system was being installed on the day.
