Absolutely disgusted. Staff was so rude, didnt smile, was rude to my partner and talked down to us then snapped at us both. Wouldnt even acknowledge the dog infront of them trying to say hello. I was apalled. If you want people to adopt animals perhaps you should be a bit nicer, because after the experience ive had with you i wont be back and i will spread the word.
