If you want to experience a florist who just couldn't care less, charges $5 extra for simple plastic wrap around a bunch of flowers only held to together with an elastic band and hacks long-stemmed flowers down to a short stemmed bunch, this is the place for you.

I could not believe this woman's attitude - you'd think she was doing me a favour by supplying a bunch of overpriced flowers to me. If I hadn't been in a hurry to get some flowers, I would have just told her to forget it and gone elsewhere.

I'm so disappointed that Cherry Blossom Florist across the road has closed down. The florist there was a lovely person who always bent over backwards to help out - Annie's Florist is the complete opposite.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! My family booked through a 3rd party company from Sydney at 9am. They left my surprise birthday flowers on a table in the lobby of my 20 level high-rise building in Perth City, didn't call me because their phone was in the car, and didn't notify the florist because they were shut at 3pm in the afternoon, although they advertise they are open til 5.30pm. I was not notified until the next day via voicemail that the flowers were left in the open lobby. What a joke..Of course they were gone. Terrible to deal with, very aggressive and defensive from the during conversations, which they hung up on me twice. Don't have the first clue about customer service and how to handle a complaint, let alone THEIR mistake, which they were not at all willing to rectify. From the moment I first approached Maria at Annie's Florist to arrange the flowers for our wedding, I felt confident that they would be beautiful.... and they were! I had an overall idea for the ambience I wanted to create with my flowers and Maria helped me with the details - what would work, what wouldn't, what was available and what would last the longest to make sure the arrangements looked their best for the whole day. Maria checked in with me from the markets to let me know what looked good. I was very happy with the buttonholes for the men, the ladies' corsages and our centrepieces (which received many compliments for the wonderful combination of colour and interesting foliage). My bridesmaids and I were thrilled with our bouquets.
I would happily recommend Annie's Florist to anyone.

Plain an simple: Annie's florist is the only florist to go to in Perth. I tried everywhere and do mean everywhere and was never impressed with what any other florists had to offer. I was either treated rudely or just not understood by the staff as to what I specifically wanted so running out of patience I called Annie's florists and arranged a time to come in and was so excited to have found somewhere that actually listened to what I was after and did it to the highest possible standard. I have been using Annie's florist now for years and will never go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend this florist

A few weeks ago I booked Annie's Florist in for my wedding and I couldn't believe how amazing the flowers turned out. I was on a tight budget so never expected anything spectacular but I was extremely suprised when they were able to cater for my price range yet not down grade from anything less then amazing. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, the florist herself was very supportive and cooperable and understood what I wanted. I would seriously recommend Annie's florist if you are looking to have flowers that everyone comments on
