Antenna Specialist

This company is very misleading in my opinion! I was quoted $180 for a two point digital antenna over the phone, and the technician arrived within one hour! he started to sell me more such as: this house needs two Antenna's or you might need a bigger one for a better reception! However I've opted for the $245 one thinking it would be better! Mind you we've never had a problem with the old analogue one running two digital TV's for many years. the only thing was that the high winds we had , it broke a couple of receptors on it , so we wanted to update! The guy left after he mounted the Antenna outside& took my money of course!!!
We've lost the reception on one Channel & had a few issues with another! Good company, good service, good prices we were very happy and have used them a couple of times now.

Excellent experience dealing with Antenna Specialist
I spoke with a very friendly lady who gave me an indication of costs etc.
The tech that came to my house explained everything to me, was very fast and my TV reception has never been better.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ridculous company with no idea about customer service. Rude and arrogant staff. Cannot commit to their appointments and after reschuedling twice still couldnt arrive on time to the point where i had to cancel and was hung up on by the rude office staff. This company has a lot to learn.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! Do not deal with this company unless you want to lose money and be frustrated beyond belief.

Firstly, they sent out a junior technician who installed a medium gain antenna that we had purchased and after the $85 call out fee we had only 2 working channels (that were fuzzy)! I then called the "service' center (what a joke) who said they were sending out a more 'senior' technician and admitted that the first technician was junior. I was informed that the second technician would call beforehand but they never did and just showed up at our house.
