The after sales service is horrendous. We purchased a ladies Tag Heuer diamond face automatic watch worth $3,700 and the watch failed under warranty TWICE in two years. Full replacement of the internal mechanisms was done both times but we had to wait 4-8 weeks. Anton Jewellers blatantly refused my request for replacement or refund (preferred). We will NEVER shop there again and I will never waste my hard earned money on such poor quality product again. Buyer beware!!!
Absolutely fantastic!! After walking the many streets of the Melbourne CBD we finally came across Anton Jewellery... the staff are extremely helpful and their service just impeccable. They have quite a selection of jewellery and of course managed to find the perfect engagement ring.
I cannot recommend this store to anybody. My husband and I went in to purchase a dress ring and the person who served us was very helpful, however, another staff member implied that we were not there to spend our money so we walked out incredibly humiliated. After lodging a complaint I was told I would receive a follow up call but they did not call back. I had purchased jewellery at Anton before and I was always pleased with the service. Disappointing as they do have lovely jewellery.
