Impossible to contact. I tried email, Instagram and phone over four days. They simply don't respond. And when I finally got an email reply back, they told me I was "extremely rude" for criticizing how how they run their business.
Rude is treating customers like a nice to have, being unresponsive, unavailable and then berating people when they're exasperated just trying to get the information they need to make an appointment. I can only imagine what the in-person experience is.
And if you'd like a taste of that treatment, just look how aggressive the owner is respond to and abusing people who dare post anything other than positive reviews on Google. PASS.
Aoki Hair is the best curly hair spealist in Perth. Jenni is absolutely amazing with cutting curly hair. I had no layers in my hair, she suggested to do layers and explained all the benefits what layers would do for my curly hair!! LIFE CHANGING!! I now have amazing volume in my hair (no flat roots) with beautiful curly waterfall layers! Not only was the curly cut amazing, but their education! The staff showed me step by step how to apply the styling product and what products to use. I also received a step by step routine sheet to take home and repeat what I have learnt in my appointment.
