I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Mark for doing fanstatic job of my procedure, which was re-crowning my front teeth. I could see then passion in his work and the result was exactly what i wanted in such a short, i will definately be back to see visit again. Thank you Dr mark i have my smile back.

Everyone at Apple dental go above and beyond not just to provide excellent dental work but also patient experience. Mark and staff were quick to ease all anxiety before and during my extractions and were extremely thorough in explaining my post op care. Cannot recommend this practice enough.
Attended this practice 2 weeks ago and was told I needed work done costing over $6000.Was charged $2274 for work yet to be done.Last Wednesday i received a call from the dentist telling me that the dental technician had advised that what she had suggested was not the best option.After speaking to the technician I rang back and was told the dentist had finihsed for the day.The receptionist organised for the Dentist to ring me back Saturday afternoon. When no call was received by 4.45pm I rang the surgery to be infored by answering machine that the pracitce was closed.Supposed to close at 5pm.Very disappointing and will be asking for my money back and seeking a new dentist

Please rest assured I’ll get to the bottom of this. As we know there are often circumstances which complicate an otherwise seemingly simple matter. There has to be an explanation and I’ll find out.
There’s really no excuse for not being phoned back when you were promised a call. This isn’t how we roll.
Our advertised hours of opening for Saturday are until 5pm, subject to appointments, meaning for example if they wrap up by 4.30, we close for the weekend.
It’s a public holiday today but I will identify you and contact you personally tomorrow once we re-open.
Once again apologies and be assured I will solve this.

Further to my last reply, just noting that it’s standard industry practice to bill crowns and other work that requires dental technicians on the first visit, when our costs are incurred and 80% of the clinical time is spent.
My previous experience with Apple Dental has been erased with the excellent work done on my teeth by Dr Mark in the last few weeks. He is very experienced and resourceful and has been a huge help to me during htis difficult time
Expensive $$$! Apple dental looks the part, has friendly staff but they charge like wounded bulls. Very disappointed by costs - have checked two dentists elsewhere (post the treatment) and found same treatment to be half the price! It's a bit hard to comment at check-out once the work is completed. Got the impression the dentits are under pressure to bill and bill big. Really disappoiting - won't be back. Highly advise asking for prices first and probably get a second opinion elsewhere.

Your comments about fees are a great concern to me. I am very familiar with dental fee averages locally, statewide and nationwide. I can say that our fees are not far outside normal ranges. We are below average on some services and above on others, but to suggest our fees are double or more than the comparisons you have received suggests to me that we’re not comparing apples with apples.
One possible cause for confusion is fillings. The choices we offer are composite resin and porcelain, both white fillings but very different in terms of quality, outcome and cost. Most dental practices don’t routinely offer porcelain, for whatever ...read more
I am absolutely thrilled and grateful with my smile makeover that Mark has created. I came to Mark upon recommendation for cosmetic dentistry. I was extremely nervous and had some sensitive issues to address. Mark and his team are so friendly, caring and professional that I felt ease at all times.
