Apple Store Sydney

I have always had a good experience at this store. The staff are always pleasant, personable, and helpful regardless of the value of the item. Bought a few items online and picked them up here. The process is straightforward and just need to show the item from Apple Wallet on the iPhone.

It is always busy but you always get served and your problems are solved. Amazing service and very knowledgable staff

They are always packed with people but still manage to get served - best to go to the less busy stores like Broadway.

The customer service in Apple shops was much better, but getting worse and worse, last time something happened to my laptop, I went to this Apple Store Sydney in George st., after long waiting, they did nothing for me! The keyboard on my laptop had problem and they just said, we can not do anything becuase it sticks to mother baord! omg, how you guys make a laptop that is not fixable, so basically I lost thousands dollars! Stop mac and switch to PC and Android, much better, cheaper and fixable! Never want Apple again!
