This company took my money the day before they closed their doors! Thousands of dollars wasted. This company promised me I would complete my course and obtain work. Now they closed their doors and never answered my calls. Shamefull business practise, the owners should be charged for this
Now I finally know after keep on contacting and not have any feedback from them now I know I've been ripped off I fully paid my dual Certificate 4 in Aged care & Dissability 4 early this year . Where can I go to get my money back.

Sa Sunni L, sorry to hear of your terrible experience. You could try contacting WISE Education, whose registration Applied were operating under (after their own was cancelled). WISE may be able to help, depending on when you enrolled.
I know it is no consolation, but there are many other people in similar situations. The government regulator should have taken action against the owners of Applied Care.
Shamefully, they did not.

Applied Care has closed its doors, leaving students (and no doubt the government) hugely out of pocket and many of its customers stranded mid-course.
Phones not answering, social media closed down, but up until a week ago they were still taking people's money.
I suggest before enrolling in any course, people check ASIC to see whether the company is solvent, and and then check who owns the company to see if the owner has form in 'taking the money and running'. Of course that SHOULD be the regulator's job,
The training industry needs a shakeup.
