Acadia Beach Guest House and Car Hire is only 20 minutes by ferry from mainland Townsville. The beachside guesthouse, overlooking peaceful Geoffrey Bay, is centrally located within walking distance of shops, walking tracks and attractions. Our free pick-up, at Magnetic Island Ferry Terminal, gets you to the guesthouse within five minutes of arrival. The guesthouse and adjoining beach house features a distinct Queensland character designed to suit the tropical island lifestyle. Spacious timber decks, 3 entertaining areas and covered patios with barbecues and lounges, provide the setting for fun, carefree holidays. Different holiday styles and budgets are catered for with a variety of rooms and facilities.

We have 2 - 4 Dorm bed rooms, Safari Tents (queens Beds & singles), Ensuite/non-ensuite rooms, Studio Room, Lover's Bay, A Fishermans Hut (fully self contained hut) and a Beach House (2bedroom, 2 ensuites, full kitchen and mod cons.). We even have interlocking rooms great for families, groups and friends.

We have 4wds and a mini moke for hire, to help you explore and see what this magnificant Maggie Island has to offer.


Come and join us on our deck for a BBQ dinner, looking across the road to lovely Geoffrey Bay beach, toasting to another lovely day in paradise with a glass of wine or bubbly, with your new friends.
