Arctic Air Conditioning

Had my house measured up for ducted air conditioning.he said I would have the quote in two or three days. Three and half weeks and two texts messages later still no reply

We have used Arctic air for installation and service over last 15 years are both houses. Damian Thurgood has been great every time.

Terrible customer service. Do not use these guys. I had them install 3 air conditioning units at my place, my mum's place then my mother in law's place over the last 8 years. I have had them service all three units every year. This year, they serviced my unit at a cost of $400. Two weeks later I had an error on my panel, and when the technician came out he said, it was just a power surge and they had a lot of staff changes, so they should have told me over the phone to reset the powerboard to fix it. But since he was there, he had to charge me $205 for the callout. I was very angry as I had already paid $400 two weeks before. After calling multiple times (no one returned my calls or emails and I finally got through to the owner Damien Thurgood by chance), he refused to refund the $205.00 saying the technician denied the conversation had taken place. Arctic air recently performed an annual service on my air-conditioner and I would strongly recommend them to anyone. A very friendly & efficient receptionist took my call & booked the service and this was followed by a skilled & professional technician who arrived right on time. Highly recommended.
