Lies from the start, said the job would be $400-$700 but because i wasnt on site took advantage of the lady whos house it was and charged her nearly $1200. Absolute disgraceful
After discussing the matter in hand we had come to the agreement that the price was explained and agreed to customer as additional plans had to be made.
I contacted Aria Engineering and dealt directly with the Director Paymon Aria. Unfortunately the service that was provided was nothing short of disgraceful. We needed simple structural plans for a retaining wall which he assured us he could complete. The plans took well over a reasonable time to complete and he changed the pricing after committing to the original outlayed cost structure. The plans he provided were not as initially discussed upon in his first site visit which cost over $300. Promised one thing and delivered something totally different well out of the time-frame first agreed upon. 6 months later we are still battling to settle with Paymon to finally have plans we can use.
