Arirang Korean Barbecue Restaurant
Flavours of KoreaArirang Korean Barbecue prides itself on the quality, fresh ness and taste of it's food.
Ingredients are the focus at Arirang. with simple and careful preparation to bring out the natural, distinct and fresh flavours of Korean cuisine.
The star at Arirang is our Korean Charcoal Barbecue! Red hot charcoals are prepared and you cook the meat right at your table! Our signature barbecue is best enjoyed by wrapping the barbecue meat in lettuce leaves, sometimes with a small amount of steamed rice in the lettuce too, and with condiments such as kimchi, gochujang (chili paste) or Namul (Korean Seasoned Vegetables) which are all provided complimentary as part of our Barbecue sets.
Or come and try our new menu with some fusion dishes reflecting modern day western influences on Korean cuisine. Some of the new dishes on the menu include popular Korean variations on fried chicken, cheese inspired fusion with kimchi cheese fried rice, and a Korean-Mexican loaded fries with Korean bulgogi, fried kimchi, cheese and sour cream. Food isn?t the only thing that received a make-over with a new cocktail menu that showcases Korean liquor such as Soju and Makgeoli.
Arirang also prepares Traditional Korean dishes with authentic flavours such as Bibimbap, Kimchi Soup, Kimchi Fried Rice and other Korean favourites. ...read more

After a miscommunication with the staff during ordering (they brought us an additional banquet, which after much explaining, was never rectified and they continued to bring out the extra serving the entire meal) the attitude of the staff was very poor.
Mostly it was their annoyed demeanor at having to serve us and the way they almost threw the bowls onto our tables (fingers in the bowls mind you) and chucked the dessert menus in front of me.
The restaurant was very smokey and therefore smelly due to the bbqs, but an open window is all I really saw that was in effect. Not really good enough as they consider themselves 'fine dining'
Expensive for Korean food
The food was decent, but the service was quite rude and we definitely wont be returning based mostly on that reason.
I love the concept of this restaurant. Its fun for first dates or big groups as well espec people from out of Australia.
Nice presentation in restaurant and the food is good, relatively healthy and its fun to cook if yourself. Only suggestion is do not go here on a stinking hot Perth nite as the BBQ does heat up your legs quite alot.
