Customer service - very poor. They looked at me strangely for making specific requests for the groom. Upon pickup, I was greeted with a dog that was unevenly cut all over his body (long bits sticking out) and his toenails were not cut - which was part of the price. They refused to budge on price considering they did such a poor job so I politely paid full price and left, without even a smile or a goodbye or thank you. They told me he peed and pood when they tried to cut his nails, however I immediately went around the corner to a professional, friendly salon and they did a tidy up of the cut and the toenails for $10. Ive given them two chances and I will never ever use them again as both times they were rude. Same reviews elsewhere, says a lot.

I would like to say that there was at least one good thing about this groomer, but that would be a lie. I took my pup in to get a trim. Instantly he started trembling, I should've taken this as a sign. When I came to pick him up a few hours later, I was met with a dog that looked defeated and sad. On top of this, I was slapped with a fee for him "being difficult". I could have understood this better if the manager and staff hadn't been so rude to me about it. The manager has no communication skills and proceeded to lecture me about my dog and how he is misbehaved. This didn't stop there, I was further lectured about the dog I had under my arm. It wasn't a kind lecture either, with her insisting I was confused about my dogs...the ones that I own and have in my house. I politely left with my dogs after paying my fee's and appropriate charges. It wasn't until I got home that I realised how defeated my dog was. Dog cutting fine - attitude and charged extra due their mistake and telling me the wrong collection time - and then to get spoken rudely to - unacceptable!
Sounds unlikely to me. As a frequent customer I've never had anything but wonderful service.
I find that highly unlikely as I have been using the for year. Once I was late by 2 hours and charged extra however I didnt mind as my dog was safe.
Its a shame they don't do doggy sitting I would use them.
Thank you for posting so many differing reviews on so many sites. Your dog was dropped off at 8.30am with a pick up time of 12.30. I know of no client that would find keeping their dog for 8 hours acceptable and it would be questioned at the time. Unfortunately our salon does not offer doggy day care. A courtesy message was left on your phone to remind you of closing time prior to 2pm, another call was made at 4 as we were concerned the dog had been forgotten (it has happened). Although we can be very flexible on drop off/pick up times we need to be made aware so that arrangements can be made. No member of your family was abused, in fact your husband suggested we charge more than the $20 late fee which in no way covered the wages to wait for you. I hope you find a salon that fits your needs.
Am not sure why my review needs further comment.., it is my opinion and my experience is as I have written it. If you don't want reviews don't advertise on websites that allow people to write their experience...heaven forbid if mine differs, what a boring world we would live in if we all thought he same...move on and live with a poor review. I will find a different groomer, who can communicate efficiently and effectively. Thank you.
As Slick As A Dog have done an amazing job with my border collie cross. She can be nervous, especially with loud noises, but they were great at keeping her calm and even managed to clean her ears. They were really flexible considering I booked at late notice, I will definitely be bringing my dog back again!
