From Sharon who made the appointment, to Chris who came and quoted and advised us, to the guy who brilliantly installed our new Braemar heater, we cannot recommend enough.
Totally professional, yet friendly. We had two previous quotations - one who did it on the phone without even inspecting. Another was ok. But when Chris came, he explained clearly what we needed, and gave us MUCH MORE than in previous quotes for a slightly better price. Including a MAGIQ touch control. 18 months down the track the MAGIQ touch control stopped working - Sharon organised Chris to come the same day - AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE SOME CREATURE HAD BROKEN THE WIRE UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE! Chris went underneath the house and fixed it. And charged a very very fair price. Honestly could not recommend them enough. Thank you.
Our experience with Aspen Air was fantastic. We replaced both our heating and cooling systems (25 years old) together with all ductwork and outlets, including installation of new zoned outlets downstairs. Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient during the scoping and quoting process and Chris, Justin and Andy were fantastic to work with during the decommissioning and installation which was a massive job. We are delighted with the result!

After having years of headache with my 7 year old central ducted heating / cooling system. Chris and Chris from Aspen air came to the rescue and solved our problem by reaping out the Advantage Air units and replaced with Fujitsu system. It took 2 days effort to decommission, dispose and install new system with revised duct. Cannot be more happier with Aspen Air. My family can finally have a good night sleep in warm balmy nights !
