Couldn’t ask for much more. Got the towbar done in hours, no problems at all.

Sal is a true gentleman. I feel really confident as he’s been fitting towbars for 40 years. I would totally go back to him just for his experience, let alone the price, which was very reasonable.

Customer service is rather excellent. Rang up on a Wednesday, had it booked in for a Friday and done in about 3 hours. Wiring and Towbar all supplied and fitted. It was also excellent to be explained why certain towbars can be fitted onto my car and also re-assuring the man is a former Industrial Tech teacher. The overall reinforcement of the car is great, there is not a single looseness of the car and the towbar frame.

I had a minor cosmetic issue that Sal without hesitation rectified. Which is always a relief not having to have any hassles with business transactions, as well as people and your car. I would recommend Sal to anyone who cares about their car and cares about knowing what work will be done on their car. He is also very good on price.

Wonderful. At last someone who could fit a towbar for me very well, very promptly--and for far less money than I expected. Business after business said they could not fit a towbar on my vintage BMW. Later I found someone (not Fastfit in Auburn) who said they could do the job, but then the day before I was called to say the workers were sick. I was promised a call on Monday to reschedule, but weeks later, still silence. Finally, when I found Fastfit at Auburn, I received wonderful service and had a beautiful towbar installed a couple of days later for half the price of the previous quotation. Polite and competent! recently had to get a hitch for my tow bar installed on my jaguar(getting the tow bar installed was a nightmare in its own right but thats another story) went to fast fit Leichardt and was told it could not be done, rang several other so called self appointed specialist and was told it could not be done. As a last resort I rang Auburn fast fit on a saturday, and explained the problem, "hmm might be difficult "he said but come down and we will have a look and see what we can do, he checked the car and got me a hitch, needed some adjustment to fit it but was all done in under an hour, got me out of trouble for the weekend but it still needed some adjustment so I went back on monday and he made the adjustment free of charge, what a guy! made my day! very reasonable price too, check this man out you will not be disappointed!!

100% happy with the fitting of a tow bar to my Hyundai i30. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship excellent. The owner was very hepful and courteous. Good job, Salvatore!
