Ive also had my vehicle damaged at Audi Richmond in Melbourne. Of course they denied they did the damage.I think this place is problematic due to the lack of space and all the vehicles are parked particularly close together. They need to take more care, Just not acceptable to damage cars in service.
I had my car serviced there and when I picked up the car all 4 doors had been marked (small chips) due to other car doors opening against them. I appreciate the tight space they work in but never ever would expect this to happen. Apparently it happens occasionally! More care needed.Very very disappointed and more hassles to get it fixed . Maybe some removable protection strips are needed.

I have just got my car back after nearly four weeks to get the clutch fixed.
Im pretty understanding about how hard it can be to find the exact problem. What Im not understanding about is the fact that they promised it to me at a certain date and time three times, and then didn't deliver. I also had to rent a car for some of this period, as they wouldnt provide a loan car (for a car off the road for a long time).
The biggest problem is the very poor customer follow-up. They would promise to call and keep me updated, but of the calls we had (often several times a day) I had to call them about 90% of the time.
This might be a good place to buy a car, but anyone thinking of getting their Audi serviced or repaired here needs to know this story.
