Terrible! Don't get sucked in by the quotes, you will end up paying more to have the bond clean finished by another company. The positive reviews for this company are as fake as the names they give, the photos above and their promises.

Very professional, Freedman and his crew did an outstanding job deep cleaning my condo. They do it all, including Windows and Carpets. Dependable they showed up right on time. A real pleasure to deal with this reliable team. Highly recommended! I would definitely use them again! Thanks guys!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had to pay another bond cleaner to come in and do the apartment - I did not get my money from them back and am seeking it through the office of fair trading.

The worst cleaners I have ever used. I paid extra for them to clean the walls, oven and balcony, along with steam cleaning the carpet. None of these items were done. They didn't even vacuum my carpet. They left dirty hand marks on my walls and floor. Didn't clean the skirting, dropped product down my wall and left it. I paid them for 5hrs and they spent 1hr at my apartment and left as soon as I did.
When I phoned to complain and ask for them to refund my money, they refused but offered to send a more experienced team to fix their mistake - they sent the same team who still didn't wipe down the cupboards, didnt clean the shower, I honestly paid them $400 to mop my 1 bedroom apartment with dirty water.

I believe Austral use such practice. This cleaning company was recommended by a friend and I can say that I did the right choice using their services. :)
