I made an offer for some notes, they accepted the offer and sent me an invoice to pay. I paid the following day. In an email from them they stated the notes would be posted the following week (they have a 5-7 day handling timeframe). They provided a tracking number in that email.
A week later, no notes. I tried the tracking number and there were no events! I emailed them 4 times with no reply! One email bounced. I called 2 different numbers, one rang out and the other was constantly engaged! At this point I was not happy, I started a paypal dispute. 24 hrs passed, no response, I escalated the claim. It took 2 weeks from my payment to receive an email from them! Aparently they were waiting for stock! At no stage had they informed me that the items I made an offer for, were not in stock!
