Unfortunately I was served by a difficult, sour staff member. Unpleasant customer service that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I recently tried to pick up a parcel for my flat mate using the card that was left in our mail box. They had signed the card to say someone else could pick up the parcel but when I got to the store because I hadn't written my name on the card before entering the store I was told I could not pick up the parcel even if I put my name on it then and there. Seeing my clear puzzlement at this the attendant sort clarification from another member of staff who was rude not only to me but also to the staff member. Very rude and unhelpful.

They have installed 2 "automatic" machines where you can pay your bills and send packages (within australia). saves a lot of time and is very simple to use.



The staff are also very friendly and quick to process your packages.
