I was horrified when it was announced out loud my power account was overdue,that was after I quietly told them I was paying half the amount at the bottom of the account then I was asked if I had arranged that with the power company,did the 7 or so customers behind me need to know that, Now I remember why I go to the OTHER local P.O. They had on a previous occasion held a parcel for 3 months without letting me know I had a dispute with the sender as I had paid but not received the item the p.o.said they did not have it up there so it had been delivered After a long running dispute they found it under a pile of other parcels, I told them I would collect it the following morning to my amazement they returned to sender, so no parcel no refund and a sharp YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE LEFT HERE FOR SO LONG, also infrount of other customers.Rude Uncaring No confidentially
