The ownership was changed since Nov 2016. The unfriendly staff was retired at the same time.
The new owner is CPA qualified professional and trained by Accenture.

I have had great customer service from this post office - perhaps they saw the negative feedback and picked up their game. Very helpful and friendly and knew their stuff

haha poor customer service but they can at least get the job done...i think.

Rude staff. Whenever I go to pick up a package all they say is 'sign here'. They don't bother to greet, make conversation or thank me. If they're not gonna be polite/well mannered then they shouldn't be in customer service.
