This post office is far from family friendly and I would never recommend or return. My children were not misbehaving, running around, breaking things or yelling, they were looking and clicking a couple of torches. They were told off and when I asked why, all three ladies started attacking me about controlling my children better. When I said I have never been spoken to, or been treated so rudely by anyone before they unpacked my care package I was sending to my husband in the middle east and told me to leave. Me and my children left shaken and in tears!
Ashgrove West Australia Post is a fantastic family run Post Office. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. I ran an on-line business for nearly 5 years. The team at Ashgrove West Australia Post are a bunch of friendly professionals who always made my job easier, whether it was opening the door or helping with all my packages. They gave me great tips on how to get the best rates, gave me great service when dropping off my many packages even at Christmas time when the store can be really busy. Thank you for your service.
