Phoned to enquire upon missing parcel.
Electronically told my call would have to wait ten minutes. After twenty minutes the call was still not attended by a human. Many ads played, noone will pick up the call.
Seems everything has to be done online these days. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
So frustrated I hung up and will leave it to the seller of my parcel to chase.
My parcel was scanned last at Chullora after 6pm on 27th December according to tracking. My parcel was due to arrive by 3rd January. Today is 12th January and there has been no movement in tracking, or any indication that my parcel is to be delivered.
I shouldn't have to fill in an online form to have AP search for my missing parcel.
