This review is long overdue, but here it is.
Like I promised in my last review for the heating upgrade, I want to let you know how the brand new cooling system is working. I had to wait until we could try it last summer. The brand new Brivis L76 Contour Evaporative cooling unit the Australian Climate Systems installed for us is very effective cooling for an evaporative cooler. Our house is a two-story house and has fairly large living areas downstairs. This cooler keeps us refreshed during the hot summer and is much more powerful than the Brivis we had before. Great service, friendly team, execeptional attention to detail. They're even house trained! They cleaned up after themselves. We've used them to install air-conditioning and a whole new gas ducted heating system and it all works.
Would highly recommend as the service was quick and done professionally.

After slightly over 10 years, our old Evaporative Cooling system broke down and need replacement. I did some research and found Australian Climate Systems (ACS) had numerous good reviews. So I decided to go with ACS and sent out an email to them for a quote. Kylie responded immediately with a quote and arranged a site inspection. Anthony came and inspected the old unit and also inspected the outlets in all the rooms. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and he left with us some suggestions and options. Within a week, Anthony came with the installers to install the Brivis Contour L66 which was recommended by ACS. They were punctual, courteous and did a very neat and tidy job. After the job was completed, Anthony spent time explaining in detail the operation of our new Touch Controller and Evaporative Cooling system. My wife is pregnant and due in March, so it was a good time to get cooling. I got five different quotes, but I was most impressed with the care taken by Australian Climate Systems and the detailed consideration of my needs. This extended to the day of installation, where they ran through how to work the system and also took care to install vents in line with light fittings, for aesthetic appeal. Thanks again!
