Australian Personnel Solutions (APS Group)

So looking for work seemed to be taking a little longer than expected. I saw an advert online and sent my resume. I got a call to come in for an interview. One would expect that an interview would mean you're in the running to secure the role. When I arrived, I noticed that I was in a group and filling out paperwork in a meeting room with other potential candidates. Once completed, I had to sit around waiting for the consultant to call me up for my individual interview. This process seemed normal until I was told that the position I applied for had already been filled. So where does this leave me? On a waiting list and possibly working elsewhere other than detailed in ad. Other than that, I felt I was treated as another number but that could be due to the fact that the consultant seemed to be under pressure. This employment agency pays well but needs to do something about how they treat their "employees"
