I called to change my appointment as I now have to stay at work (out of my control). Admittedly this isn’t 24-48 hours’ notice however I only found out about my work at 10am and called as soon as possible. I wanted to reschedule to Monday so you would have still been getting my business. I was advised I would lose the pre-paid treatment that I had on file and apparently I had already lost another pre-paid treatment from another appointment which no one advised me. How is this considered a no show when I was trying to rebook? I was never advised that this was your procedure or that you take money from people when cancelling and I think it is a pretty bad way to treat customers. What about people that don’t pre pay their treatments – how do you penalise them? I am only half way through my services and would still need to book another 5-6 treatments and was looking at having other things done as before this I was happy with your services but I will take my ...read more

I recently had dysport and it didn't work, I have been having injectable for over 10 years. My photos clearly showed it had not worked . I was told they would not treat me again and would refund me $79 out of the $457 I spent . BEWARE this is their policy. They will make you pay again for their mistakes, Google all the reviews. there is ZERO care if you are an unhappy customer. This is not something you want when someone is looking after your face. I am sure if you look at reviews you will find many similar stories .

As you can see I'm not one to leave reviews but this business has let me down many times now. After paying $150 for 30 mins microderm, the results and procedures were poor to say the least. As I purchased a package of 3, when I called to book and express my disappointment in my last treatment I was advised that there 'heads' we're very old, that they had in fact ordered new machines and if I could wait 4 weeks they would be in. I said no thank you and attended for my appt 5 mins early with my 5 year old daughter in toe. To my surprise I was pulled into a room and told that they would not perform the micro with my daughter and I would need to organise care for her. Their reasoning was that as its a 'clinic' they didn't permit children. I find this extremely strange as I have been to many clinics, more advanced and professional than this, and all have allowed my child. Please note we do not permit children in any treatment rooms because your child's safety is extremely important to us. Our treatment rooms are filled with medical grade equipment and we cannot supervise your child while performing advanced skin treatments. Thank you for your understanding.

I was made to feel totally responsible for the unsatisfactory result of my last procedure, this was extremely upsetting considering I have been client for many years, "Loyalty takes years to build, but only seconds to break'! :(

I had a follow up appointment cancelled by this clinic the day before the appointment. I'm left not feeling like a very valued client at all. Appears they've double booked even though my appointment was booked two weeks ago and I received a confirmation text message.

Unfortunately I'm unable to reschedule. I am a single mother and work full time. I had arranged a babysitter for my appointment. It's not that easy to reschedule. I am disappointed.
