I wish I had read and listened to these other reviews. What a terrible experience. Don't use this mechanic, run in the other direction. I wasted a lot of time and money here, and my car is still not repaired. Perry is a shonk, there is no other way to describe it. Poor workmanship, excuses, delays, mistakes, appalling customer service. You need to be able to trust your mechanic, and there is no way you should trust these guys with your car.
Was told by the manager the parts are not available locally...they were...but he made wait for weeks before installing, what appeared to bit and pieces he from who knows where.
Steer well clear of this place...no pun intended.
If they had ZERO stars...this place would certainly get.
Wish I'd read the reviews online before going to this business. Manager is extremely rude, I have also posted a negative review on Yellow Pages. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Manager treats customers poorly and badmouths competitors. My car went in for a 130,000 km minor service, I left with the following issues. Book incorrectly marked, the oil in my diesel Navara was black which made me suspect it wasn't changed. Told me I could have my car by lunchtime then got upset when I called at lunchtime. Rude on the phone twice to me, when I questioned why my recently serviced car had black oil. I genuinely thought maybe they had missed replacing the oil. I could go on but I'd rather simply post a negative review and you can make your own decision.
this fellow has no understanding on how a diesel engine works, explained to client that required engine flush, as poorly maintained, did exactly as requisted, and even offered to refund his money, and reservice vehicle in front of him at no cost , he was extramly rude to our staff and management.
zucan from upper Kedron Brisbane makes unfounded complaints on numerous suppliers , damages their reputation, posts reviews, on true local ,yellow pages etc, goes to professional organizations, on investigating all his complaints found them to be unfounded, he is not trade qualified in automotive repairs, or the household small appliances game, true local and all viewers should delete theses posts, and classified him as a trouble maker. been in business since 1985 with no major issues upset our staff & management. offered full refund or re do job he declined .
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! management is unhelp. when you drop your car off they make 100 excuses as to why its not ready when it should be. they charge a lot on parts. re consider going here!!!! i dont recommend at all
re livvy on numerous sites and complains about everything, at every service center, if cars are not maintained, they require more attention, parts on this occasion were not available, so mechanics have to wait, gave quotation prior to any repairs & services. our company has been in business since 1985 very few complaints. management offered full refund on all parts & services livvy declined
livvy complains about every supplier she goes to 4 negitave posts best friends pet shop victoria, hypoxi essential victoria, k & j smash repairs queensland, on investigation found that price is her main issue , these suppliers have all been in buisness for numerous years high quality of work, true local should delete and bar livvy unfounded claims.
