Autobach to the rescue - yeasterday we found a huge screw in one of our tyres and we were planning a weekend family holiday which obviously wouldn't have happened with a defective tyre.

Called Vigen yesterday and got the response "no problems we will get you on the road". My family were elated.

Today Autobach (Vigen and his son Narek) followed through with the fitting of new tyres in time for the weekend.

This was followed by a recommendation to get them balanced/aligned through a Mercedes Dealer - who knew that the 5 holes that you have in the centre of your Mercedes (or BMW) are special, in that the alignment is done by pinning the holes to the wheel.

Yes, I had gone through a bunch of tyres before Vigen alerted ne to the Euro system.

I have been going see Narek and Vigen for years now and I can’t thank them enough for the work that they do. Vigan has a very methodical approach to fault rectification which in turn saves you money as things aren't been replaced unnecessarily. Responds quickly at short notice and has a wealth of knowledge. Be patient as fault finding in modern cars is sometimes a process of elimination. I highly recommend Autobach and will definitely use them again.

I own a Volkswagen Golf GTI and have been going to Vigen for years. I won't trust anyone else with my car. People at AutoBach are dedicated and has a wealth of knowledge about European cars. If there is something to be fixed, they always do what is right by the customer when advising and pricing. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion. Customer service is always excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone who owes and loves their car.

New to Melbourne with my Merc so searched the Benz members forum looking for a mechanic for my SL380. Kept coming up with the name Vigen as a reliable knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic recommended by many satisfied customers.
Tracked him down to Autobach in Mentone and am so glad that I did. 380 is humming now. Best for me was that Vigen gave the car the once-over and reported on a number of mechanical issues but only fixed what was really necessary at a very reasonable price. I am not hugely mechanically minded (you are probably saying wondering why I bought a classic car but that is all about love of the marque) so for me it is about trusting relationships and so we will over-time rebuild my grand old '85 model is a way that prioritises safety and reliability, but do so in a way that averages out the cost over time. Glad to see that so many other satisfied customers have shared their Autobach experiences.
