I would like to say a big THANKYOU to Automotive Obsession, and ALL the staff that are associated with Automotive Obsession. Automotive Obseesion fixed up all the costs that was associated with my car, as it was under warranty. I am so greatful to Automotive Obsession. These guys are the greatest.

The guys here were great we were travelling though Townsville when our car broke no other mechanic would even look at our car for at least two days but these guys said they were fully booked but they will try to fit us in! Well didn’t they! They fit us in that day and had my car fixed ready to leave town that night to keep me on schedule. They’re pricing was great it was a huge job to get done in the one day but they got it done. I couldn’t recommend them anymore! If you want a mechanic that will do a great job and not rip you off you need to go see these guys. Most genuine, professional and just all round good blokes I’ve ever seen in a mechanic shop. The guys provided a good quote to do a job for me but upon completion it was over by $500 with additional charge of $50 to ring up and get a price of an air-conditioner compressor because I requested a quote to replace.
Upon completion of work my automatic transmission was underfilled by 3 liters (takes 8), had a leaking heater hose at the engine firewall from poor hose clamp installation (cooling system should have been pressure tested upon completion)'my front guard was scratched from when the bonnet was refitted and it no longer closed properly because it was not aligned with the latch correctly.

These guys fitted me in straight away. I needed to travel out of town so when my vehicle decided to not start I was in trouble. A mate that works at the Bohle recommended them to me as he has been going to them for a few years now. The price was really good so was the service and the boys know their stuff. I used their free courtesy car too so I could do things while they worked on my car. I'm definitely going back for my next service. Rob, Alice River
