I wish there was an option for a no star rating for this agency. I have a spotless investment property that I originally had listed through BJ & Bennett. I originally had the perfect tenant living in the property who was wonderful and always kept the house SPOTLESS. To give you an idea how spotless; not a mark on the carpet or even a scratch on the glass stove top (like new).

I left the property in the hands of the rental department at BJ & Bennett to find out that my tenant wanted to move to another house. Left with no other recourse despite appealing for help from prominent members of the community sometimes the only thing left to do is to resort to the internet to make others aware of the unscrupulous characters we hold high regard for our community. Honestly,integrity and due Diligence means nothing to B.J. Bennett&Co this Estate agent. If you are a landlord or tenant use this agent at your peril. His failure in professional conduct has cost me many thousands and much worse for my peace of mind trust and faith in others.

I rented my property with them. After the tenants left, they didn't contact me, until I chase them, they let me know the tenants already gone, which is 4 weeks after they gone. They didn't tell me the damage the tenants caused until I inspected the house myself, and they didn't even to notice me when can I access the property until I was pushing them. When I was talking with them dealing with the house issue with them, they only mentioned the cleaning part, and still did not mention the damages. When I saw the damages, I was shocked by the damages caused by the tenants. 3 doors inside the house are all broken with holes. 3 holes in the living room, 1 hole in bedroom, 1 hole in bathroom, and 1 in toilet. All of this they didn't even mention a word!!!

Very rude and unprofessional. Real estates are meant to be a happy and welcoming environment but all I experienced was abuse and false accusations.

The most unprofessional (funnily enough) business i have encountered in Morwell. Pathetic customer service, easily the worst real estate business i have encountered. Words cannot describe how ordinary they really are.
